Birding Type Indicator
Birdwatching has gained popularity as an educational and enjoyable activity, with increasing interest in sharing experiences and knowledge. However, the services related to birdwatching remain limited in variety. For instance, the community platform 'eBird,' which allows users to share their birdwatching records, primarily focuses on academic exploration of birds, with much of its activity reliant on photographic documentation.
This project aims to address these limitations through two approaches. First, we propose offering alternative methods of documentation beyond photography, making it easier for individuals to engage in birdwatching. Second, we seek to create a form of "artifact" from even minimal records, such as movement logs, to stimulate interest in birdwatching, even for those who may not be able to create detailed individual records.
Let us all take a step forward together to make birdwatching a more enjoyable activity!
